Wildlife of Scotland
The wildlife of Scotland is as diverse as it's landscapes, a land which in the not to distant past supported such as Lynx, Bear,Wolf and Beaver to mention a few. Will we ever see these creatures running wild on our shores again or is the passing permanent ? only time will tell.
The changing seasons bring a variety of migratory birdlife to our land from the the Artic and northern Scandinavian regions, winging their way to the warmer climes of the Southern Hemisphere, only to turn around and return to their northern nesting grounds.
